we're headed out to lands unknown! Unknown to us anyway!
We've wanted to do a NW trip for years and all the stars aligned to where we could do it!
We rushed around, got new tires on the trailer and truck, got lots of stuff moved into storages and pulled out of Tampa!

Did I mention right before a huge storm hit? Yeah, a hurricane, category 1. It had been raining for days prior, and we had to get stuff ready rain, mud or not. We were soaked but we changed into dry(er) clothes and headed out
.
First night out, we saw a beautiful sunset!
I'm not going to apologize for taking too many pictures. This year has taught me to take too many pictures because life happens when you're making other plans.
The storm brewed on and we headed north and then west. We were just out of the storm's reach.
We got as far as Tallahassee and our truck went into limp mode >:(
It was 10:30 p.m. EST. It was dark, we were in unfamiliar territory and had no idea what to do. This was NOT in our plans.
